A fantastic house in a beautiful and authentic Portuguese fishing village. Everything within walking distance is within walking distance, which is ideal.

The roof terrace was great with the lovely corner sofa. Even though it was the first week of January, the weather was fantastic. Sat in the sun with a book and a glass of wine. Enjoy!

What a wonderful place! This beautiful three-storey house is tucked away in a quiet street in the heart of Olhão. Everything is spotless, stylishly finished and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is a real highlight – fully equipped and perfect for cooking together, especially with fresh produce from the nearby markets. The rooftop terrace with pool and lounge area is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. With great restaurants just around the corner, we would return in a heartbeat

It was exactly like in the pictures, actually even better. Nice and cool downstairs, everything smelled wonderfully fresh, nice beds. All in all, it gave us a real luxurious feeling and that's nice on your holiday!
The highlight is the roof terrace, where you can relax and cool off in the swimming pool.
Very nice and we definitely recommend this house. From the house, all the fun and goodies in the town are within walking distance. Super. The beaches you can go to are also lovely.

Beautiful and fine townhouse! Walking distance to town centre and all the nice restaurants. Day chilling by the pool and good food in the evening! Islands by water taxi is also great to do and nice to visit. After 3 days exploring Olhao, take the hire car and explore the coast further! Tips: brekkie at Casa Amore, dinner Cha cha cha (make a reservation!!!), Capriccio Italiano for pasta (also take a way) and lunch at Petiscaria Casa de Pasto.

The Casa Opala was a perfect space for our family of 5 (3 kids). The aesthetic was modern and coastal. We loved the outdoor dining area and rooftop pool was always a highlight. The quaint fishing town is just a 5 minute walking distance away with a variety of restaurants and shops to see. Richard was very informative and responsive as a host. Would highly recommend!

Nice house with beautiful decor. Everything you need is available. The location is very practical, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the nice village center, the market halls, nice restaurants and bars. The view from the roof terrace with swimming pool is the only disadvantage. From the village of Olhao you can make fun day trips, for example a bike ride to Fuseta Beach along the Ecovia that runs through the Ria Formasa Natural Park. You can also easily take the ferry to the islands for a nice beach day. The sea, the dunes and the beach are beautiful there.
